You’ll deliver top technologists to client needs, manage relationships, and drive the full recruitment cycle with support from marketing and advertising teams. Excellent target-driven environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Recruitment Consultant in tech or a similar sector.
• Strong time-management skills with ability to hit KPIs.
• Client-focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles.
• Develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating commission).
• Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement with marketing support.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and contribute to team success with quality service.
