Qualifications

• Experience in a technology PMO or BMO role within a large corporate environment.
• Strong background in KPI and OKR development and reporting.
• Experience in operational financial management including annual planning.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team to define KPIs tracking annual targets.
• Assist in KPI reporting, develop automation, and drive recovery plans.
• Consolidate financial actuals and forecasts for corrective plans.

Skills

Experience in a technology PMO or BMO role

Strong background in KPI and OKR development

Experience in operational financial management

Ability to produce clear business reporting

Familiarity with modern IT ways of working
