Job Overview

We are recruiting a Technical Operative 1 in the Configuration Department to support our growing team. The role will provide basic‑to‑intermediate level IT configuration services, manage workload efficiently, and work self‑sufficiently within timely parameters.

Responsibilities

• Provide software installations and configuration in existing IT infrastructure or pre‑designed projects.
• Perform component‑level tasks with competency and independence.
• Create and maintain detailed scripts for building and configuring various systems.
• Conduct data input (25‑50% of the role) with high attention to detail using spreadsheets.
• Consolidate consignment data for distribution.
• Plan pallet movement and work scheduling to meet SLAs and targets.
• Box, unbox, and manage IT equipment throughout the supply chain.
• Report effectively to supervisors and team leaders; communicate status and issues timely.
