Qualifications

• Experience designing modern technology operating models or engineering background pivot to advisory work.
• Understand modern IT, Data, AI and Cloud operating model components.
• Understand functional architecture informing operating model design.
• Curious about emerging technologies (Cloud Native, Data, AI, Robotics).

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology and business leaders to architect operating model blueprint.
• Co-create Vision, strategy and design from product structures to governance.
• Shape value cases and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Advise on modern engineering capabilities: Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Automation, Data & AI and Cloud.
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments to improve quality and speed.
• Develop actionable roadmaps for large technology transformations.
• Lead and coach client teams and junior members.
