Job summary

Quantum Dice is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our commercial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, helping deliver a bold marketing plan for our category-defining technology. The role is hybrid, with at least one day per week in our Oxford office.

You will manage social channels, draft press materials, support product launches, create content across newsletters and websites, and collaborate with agencies.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education.
• 3+ years' experience in marketing, communications or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated and capable of taking ownership of projects.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Interest in emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with marketing tools: CMS platforms, social media management and email marketing tools.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Responsibilities

• Manage Quantum Dice’s social media channels, including content creation, scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Draft press releases and company announcements; support media outreach.
• Assist planning and execution of product launches and major announcements.
• Create and distribute content across newsletters, websites, blogs and marketing collateral.
• Create graphics and visual assets to support campaigns and external communications.
• Ensure content aligns with brand and messaging.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers.
• Report on marketing activity and progress to the team.
