Job summary

La Fosse in the UK is seeking a Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead to own technical direction across Digital, Integrations, Salesforce and Data Engineering for a greenfield re-platforming project. You will spearhead a brand-new squad of engineers in a hybrid model (1 day in office) at Barbican & Epsom.

This is a high-impact IC leadership role, focusing on architecture, quality and delivery with cross-supplier collaboration. Competitive package with up to 80k GBP plus a 10% bonus.

Qualifications

• Senior-level technical leadership with ownership of design and delivery.
• Ability to define technical direction and produce low-level designs.
• Experience across mobile & web development, API integrations, data engineering and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own low-level solution design, including third-party integrations.
• Lead engineering quality, delivery pace, and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers and partners to align technical approaches.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture and engineering standards.
