A creative video production agency in London is seeking a skilled individual to manage post-production processes and IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include providing technical support, managing media workflows, and liaising with editors. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of video production, strong IT skills, and the ability to work on-site full-time. Content Engine Studios Ltd. is an award‑winning branded video production agency, primarily creating content for Shell. With decades of global experience, we specialise in every aspect of the creative and production process. We deliver story‑driven, cost‑effective video from 6‑second social media clips to full‑length documentaries. Our small but vital Post team supports every video asset we make, operating offline Premiere suites in‑house and remotely; a cost‑effective online and grading service; and managing IT, edit support, infrastructure and our camera kit room.
The right candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, post‑production processes and an understanding of colour grading and onlineing with the scope to grow these capabilities.
Work as an engaging team player and problem‑solver who recognises that video production often requires flexibility. Organise and proactively solve problems, improve technical systems, and support the Post team’s needs. This role requires presence on site 5 days a week at our London Waterloo office; remote or hybrid work is not an option.
