Tech Lead Full Stack Developer - Ecommerce Startup

200% CAGR Ecommerce startup is seeking an experienced full stack Tech Lead, crucially technically hands-on, to own the technology stack and guide a small engineering team.

Responsibilities

The Tech Lead will be directly responsible for shipping critical code, while also mentoring other engineers, driving technical strategy, and ensuring the platform scales with rapid international growth. They deploy multiple times per day, so you’ll need experience in a similar startup environment.

Further, the Tech Lead will be a key partner to the founders, translating business goals (e.g., US expansion) into a clear technical roadmap and high-quality, high-velocity execution.
