We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Technology & Innovation to lead the tech strategy across live events, venues, and internal operations. This is a pivotal role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring our technology infrastructure and innovation projects scale with their ambitious growth.

Technology & Innovation Projects

• Lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives including forecasting tools, real-time sales dashboards and AI-driven data analytics.
• Pro-actively drive forward new event technology such as frictionless bars and beer walls
• Build business cases and ROI models for new technology projects and present to the Board.

Event Technology & EPOS Oversight

• Manage Peppermint's fleet of 1000+ EPOS terminals across events and venues.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Liaise with EPOS and payment providers to ensure seamless transactions and uptime.
