Overview

Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance Assistant responsibilities include performing tasks in accordance with operational requirements and maintenance event management specifications, including after-hours readiness when required.

Responsibilities

• According to Alibaba's requirements, perform 5*8 IDC room duty, and can quickly arrive at the scene according to the requirements of the operation and maintenance event management specifications outside working hours.
• Update and maintain the completeness and 100% accuracy of infrastructure information, regularly check the platform alarm settings, monitor system availability and stability.
• Familiar with IDC room environment and monitoring system, complete facility inspections according to Alibaba's requirements, including but not limited to facility status checks, review and tracking of maintenance/repair MOP.
• Respond quickly and arrive at the scene according to the operation and maintenance event management specifications, timely handle events and report them according to EOP.
• Familiar with the power, HVAC, weak current architecture and working principles of IDC room infrastructure in the jurisdiction, can quickly locate fault points and restore faults when an event occurs.
• Familiar with infrastructure monitoring management, capacity management, security management, and availability management to improve operational efficiency.
• Can independently develop and implement proprietary change MOP to ensure that no faults are caused by changes.
• Complete other related work required in the 'Service Contract,' 'Outsourcing Requirements Specification,' and attachments.
