You will work on AI initiatives across retail platforms and partner with an AI-focused business unit to deliver practical AI solutions. The role requires hands-on software engineering leadership, guiding a team of 13, and shaping the technology roadmap while balancing on-premises

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in technology roles with hands-on software background.
• Strong Python and Django experience is preferred.
• Experience shaping AI strategy within retail/eCommerce contexts.
