Qualifications

• A-Level qualifications (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Support resolution of network connectivity and system configuration problems.
• Help manage and maintain company devices and technology assets.
• Provide first-line technical support to users and teams.
• Develop and maintain basic code, scripts and internal applications.
