Job summary

Beazley Group seeks a Risk Manager – Tech & Cyber Risk to support the Senior Risk Manager and Head of Operational Risk in overseeing technology and cyber risk across the Group. This second-line role provides independent risk oversight and challenges to ensure risk-aware decisions by first-line teams.

You will help communicate risk considerations, escalate as needed, and contribute to risk reporting and framework development for Beazley’s risk management program.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and tools in technology and cyber risk.
• Experience in a global/fast-paced insurance environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Risk Manager – Tech & Cyber Risk and Head of Operational Risk in risk oversight of tech and cyber risk across the group.
• Produce risk reports and opinions, including deep dive reviews on topics affecting tech and cyber risk profile.
• Assist in design and implementation of risk frameworks and policies; ensure timely escalation and clear communication of risk matters.
