Job summary

Credera in London is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to own end-to-end bid processes for complex technology submissions. You will lead cross-functional bid teams, shape timelines, and ensure high-quality responses aligned with client specifications.

You will manage risk, coordinate SMEs, and drive continuous improvement across bid activities. Occasional travel to UK and international client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive Bid Management experience, preferably in Technology Services, with APMP Foundation level certification.
• Excellent organisational skills including planning, bid document management, and diary management.
• Skilled at proactive risk management and escalation of issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven stakeholder management at multiple seniority levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Project delivery/execution experience.
• Experience meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple bids.
• Innovative problem-solver with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Fast learner and self-starter with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end bid process for multiple, complex bid submissions.
• Lead bid qualification with the sales team and SMEs, shaping the bid timeline.
• Assemble the bid team, run bid kick-offs, allocate bid writing tasks.
• Schedule and lead reviews, consolidate writing to a single client-ready response.
• Collaborate across sectors to identify opportunities for improvement and share best practices.
• Occasional travel to Credera offices and client sites in the UK and internationally.
