Job summary

Royal Greenwich is seeking a Technical Admin Officer on a fixed-term 6-month contract to support the Repairs Team. The role involves providing technical, clerical and IT assistance, including data collection and timely reporting.

You will use Microsoft packages, learn Northgate V6 repairs system, and maintain high standards of organisation and communication with tenants and contractors. A pro-active team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the use of IT Microsoft packages is essential.
• Willing to learn and work on the Northgate V6 repairs system.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong telephone and communication skills with tenants and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, clerical administrative and IT support within the Repairs Team.
• Handle data collection, ensure accuracy and timely sharing with relevant parties.
• Support a wide range of inquiries from tenants, contractors and other external bodies.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver reliable admin support.
