Your role
  • Design and architect Teamcenter / Polarion ALM solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices
  • Configure and customize Teamcenter / Polarion workflows, work items, documents, and reports to meet specific project needs
  • Develop integration solutions between Teamcenter / Polarion and other enterprise systems (e.g., Jira, Jenkins, DOORS, SAP)
  • Lead Polarion implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and execution
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams on Teamcenter / Polarion capabilities and best practices
  • Troubleshoot complex Teamcenter / Polarion configuration issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Create and maintain documentation for Teamcenter / Polarion solutions, including architecture diagrams and user guides
  • Train and mentor team members on Teamcenter / Polarion features and customization techniques
  • Stay current with Teamcenter / Polarion updates, features, and roadmap to ensure optimal utilization
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with ALM tools, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter / Polarion
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Experience configuring and customizing Polarion for complex enterprise environments
  • Proficiency in Teamcenter / Polarion administration, including user management, permissions, and workflow configuration
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter / Polarion's scripting capabilities, including JavaScript, Velocity templates, and Java extensions
  • Experience with requirements management, test management, and traceability in regulated environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
  • Siemens Teamcenter / Polarion certification(s)
  • Experience in regulated industries (Medical Device, Automotive, Aerospace)
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA CFR 21 Part 11, ASPICE, etc.)
  • Experience with Polarion's REST API and XML-based configuration
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tools and DevOps practices
  • Experience with SQL databases and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of version control systems (SVN, Git)
  • Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or other Siemens Digital Industries Software products
