Premier in Weymouth, Dorset, seeks a vicar to lead two church communities with a focus on Word and Spirit, serving in a central parish role within a beautiful Jurassic Coast location.

The successful candidate will be a Bible-teaching, open-evangelical leader who inspires mission, supports a diverse worship style, and works collaboratively with clergy and parish teams. A4-beds parish housing is provided in a central location.

a parish growing in the life of Christ, in the popular seaside town of Weymouth, in beautiful Dorset.

• At home and comfortable in an open evangelical tradition which fully affirms and celebrates the ministry of women and men at every level of leadership.
• Familiar with and generous towards a breadth of worship styles.
• Able to think imaginatively as part of the parish team to inspire mission and ministry across our two churches and the diversity across the wider Parish.
• Able to work effectively,supportivelyand collaboratively within our experienced clergyteam andworship,pastoraland mission teams.
• Willing to learn, grow and rejoice with us.
