Team Supervisor – Newark – Full Time – TTP – £13.80ph

Our central Newark client is looking for a Team Supervisor to join their well-established busy team. They will be responsible for coordinating all activities within the department to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the team’s overall efficiency and performance.
• Working closely with the Manager to determine weekly schedules and KPI requirements.
• Ensuring correct stock levels are maintained.
• Overseeing the quality of products being passed to the Quality Team for final inspection.
• Working closely with the Production Engineering Team to resolve any production-related issues.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel.
• Previous production or assembly experience is helpful but not essential.
