A public healthcare provider in Rotherham is looking for a Team Secretary to join their Perinatal Team. The role requires providing effective administrative support, maintaining patient records, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy for distressed patients, and experience with administrative tasks, particularly using SystmOne. This is a rewarding role within a dedicated team focused on mental health services.

We are looking for a professional, motivated and caring individual to work 4 days a week within the Rotherham Perinatal Team as a Team Secretary.
The post holder will provide an efficient, effective and confidential secretarial and administrative support service including all secretarial and administrative duties to the Perinatal Mental Health Service. You will be the first point of contact for patients, carers and professionals contacting the service. There will be times that the content of what you hear or read may be sensitive and emotive in nature and you will be required to take telephone calls from patients/carers that may be in a distressed state or in crisis.
