Job summary

NEXT plc is seeking a Stock Team Member in Warrington to support stock processing for online orders and maintain high standards of presentation in-store. You will locate, pack and transfer stock quickly, while delivering fast, friendly service on the shop floor as needed.

Ideal candidates will be great communicators with a strong eye for detail, able to work flexibly across areas and stay energized to hit performance targets. Right to work in the UK is required.

• Willingness to work across store areas including sales floor and stockroom.
• Self-driven and able to stay productive with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Locate, pack and transfer stock quickly and accurately.
• Ensure stock is available for online customers and delivery to customers on time.
• Maintain clean, tidy and organized store areas.
• Provide fast, friendly service across store areas as needed.
• Report to Coordinators or Managers as part of the store team.

SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 7hrs p/w; Fri 06:30 - 10:30; Sat 17:00 - 20:00

Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to locate, pack and promptly process stock, ensuring it’s beautifully presented to our customers. When you’re needed to work on the salesfloor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. In return for supporting all Company policies and procedures and having a great attitude to work, we will invest in you and your development from day one. Flexible working options are available.

About the Role:

To be a successful Stock Team Member you will have perfect products available for our online customers by:

• Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, which includes locating, packing and promptly transferring stock in and out of store
• Meeting deadlines to always deliver to our customers at the promised time
• Keeping operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised
• Working in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
• Working as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers
