NEXT Colchester is seeking a part-time Stock and Customer Service Assistant. You will locate, pack and process stock efficiently and help customers on the sales floor with a friendly, proactive approach.

Shifts total 12 hours per week, including weekend and evening slots. NEXT offers valuable benefits, development opportunities and a supportive team environment from day one.

• Accurately processing stock quickly and to a high standard, locating, packing and transferring stock.
• Meeting deadlines to deliver to customers at the promised time.
• Keeping store areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Working across store areas including sales floors to offer fast, friendly service.
• Reporting to Coordinators or Managers as part of the store team.

SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 12hrs p/w; Sun 08:00 - 11:00; Mon 17:00 - 20:00; Tue 07:00 - 10:00; Wed 17:00 - 20:00

Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to locate, pack and promptly process stock, ensuring it's beautifully presented to our customers. When you're needed to work on the salesfloor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. In return for supporting all Company policies and procedures and having a great attitude to work, we will invest in you and your development from day one. Flexible working options are available.

About the Role:

• Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, which includes locating, packing and promptly transferring stock in and out of store
• Meeting deadlines to always deliver to our customers at the promised time
• Keeping operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised
• Working in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
• Working as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers
