Job summary

NEXT plc in Barnstaple is hiring a Stock Team Member to ensure products are available online and in-store. You will locate, pack and transfer stock quickly, maintaining high presentation standards and joining a fast-paced store team focused on customer service.

Flexible working options are available, with shifts including Tue and Thu evenings and Saturday. Ideal candidates are friendly, accurate and well organised, able to work on their own and as part of a team, and committed to delivering

Responsibilities

• Locate, pack and promptly process stock to ensure it is presented well to customers.

• Work across all store areas including sales floors to provide fast, friendly service.
• Report to Coordinators or Managers as part of the store team.

SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 15.25hrs p/w; Tue 14:00 - 20:00; Thu 14:30 - 20:00; Sat 14:30 - 19:00

Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to locate, pack and promptly process stock, ensuring it’s beautifully presented to our customers. When you’re needed to work on the salesfloor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. In return for supporting all Company policies and procedures and having a great attitude to work, we will invest in you and your development from day one. Flexible working options are available.

About the Role:

To be a successful Stock Team Member you will have perfect products available for our online customers by:

• Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, which includes locating, packing and promptly transferring stock in and out of store
• Meeting deadlines to always deliver to our customers at the promised time
• Keeping operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised
• Working in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
• Working as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers
