Job summary

El Mexicana is hiring a Café Team Member at our Stevenage site on Gunnels Wood Industrial Estate. You’ll join a fast-paced team delivering breakfast, lunches, Mexican favourites, and coffees, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles as we expand.

Responsibilities

• Food & Drink Prep: Preparing fresh food orders (breakfasts, lunches, Mexican classics) as well as barista-style coffees and milkshakes.
• Delivery Fulfillment: Carefully packing and preparing orders for online delivery platforms.
• Stock & Prep: Assisting with basic food prep, stock replenishment, and kitchen duties.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining top-tier hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the café and kitchen.
• Teamwork: Collaborating efficiently with your team to deliver fast, friendly service.

What You'll Be Doing
