NEXT is seeking a fashion-minded Team Member to join our store. You’ll be on the shop floor helping customers, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring a great experience every visit. This role offers a base salary plus sales-based commission.

Responsibilities include delivering outstanding service, maintaining visual standards, stocking shelves, and supporting a positive team environment that drives sales. Availability for evenings, weekends, and key trading days is required.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
• Available to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and key trading days; we are happy to discuss flexible working patterns that work for you
