Butlin’s is seeking a Team Member Plus to work across the resort, supporting different teams and delivering an excellent guest experience. You’ll split time cleaning guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with the rest of the week spent in activities like sports, restaurants, bars, buffets, or the fairground.

No prior experience is required; what matters is your energy, attitude and enthusiasm to get stuck in.

As a Team Member Plus, you won't be tied to one department. Instead, you'll work across the resort supporting different teams and helping deliver a fantastic experience for our guests.

No two days are the same. You'll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, with the rest of your week taking you into areas like sports & activities, restaurants & quick-serve food, buffets, bars & shops, or the fairground. There may be times you’ll work in more than one of these areas.

Do you know we also offer apprenticeships? For this role, we have apprenticeships such as Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2 and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses. Should this be of interest, we would love to tell you more during the recruitment process.

About You

We're looking for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new skills and working with others. No previous experience is needed — what matters most is your attitude, your energy, a willingness to get stuck in, and a genuine passion for making a difference to our guests.

• Full-time role
• 30-35 hours per week, worked across 5 days out of 7
• Includes evenings and weekends
• Live-in accommodation is available if you’re relocating
• Must be over 18
