Job summary

Lovisa UK is seeking a festive-season team member to cover November through early January, including peak days like Black Friday and Christmas/New Year. You’ll deliver outstanding customer experiences and conduct ear piercing services under supervision.

You’ll replenish stock, manage the till, and help maintain a bright, on-trend store environment. Interviews start mid-October; first day is Monday, November 16, 2026; contract runs until Sunday, January 3, 2027.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills and a passion for fashion.
• Ability to drive sales and deliver a great customer experience.
• Accurate cash handling and register operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell with excellent customer service and fashion awareness.
• Conduct piercing service (ear only) and ensure hygiene standards.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves tidy while moving around the store.
• Manage the register and handle transactions accurately.
• Clean the store at opening and closing shifts.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
