Job summary

Lovisa is seeking team members for the 2026 Festive Season in our stores. You will be available throughout November, December, and early January, including key shopping days. Interviewing from mid-October, with first day on Monday, November 16, 2026, and contract through Sunday, January 3, 2027.

Excellent training and discount benefits are provided. Role includes piercing ear services, POS management, and delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and guidance skills required.
• Strong eye for fashion and trend awareness.
• Proven ability to perform well in in-person sales.
• Good communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell with great customer experience.
• Conduct piercing service (ear only).
• Replenish sold stock on the move.
• Manage the register accurately.
• Keep the store clean at opening and closing.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

To be considered, you will need to be available throughout November, December, and early January, Including Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

Interviews will be held from mid-October, over a number of weeks.

First day of work is Monday November 16, 2026.

The contract continues until Sunday Jan 3, 2027.
