Job summary

NEXT is hiring for a Customer Service Associate in Luton to join our fast-paced store team. You will help customers find the right products, share product knowledge and work across sales floors, stockrooms and deliveries. Flexible working options are available and training starts on day one.

You will be a great communicator who stays friendly and efficient under pressure, with a willingness to go the extra mile and support the team in peak times.

SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 7.50hrs p/w; Sun 13:30 - 16:30; Fri 15:30 - 20:00

Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to offer outstanding service and excellent stock operations to our customers. In return for supporting all Company policies and procedures and having a great attitude to work, we will invest in you and your development from day one. Flexible working options are available.
