Job summary

Moto is hiring at Lymm Services to join our KFC team as Team Members. You will welcome guests, take orders, assemble products quickly and accurately, and uphold brand standards to ensure a memorable visit. You’ll resolve issues with a customer-centric approach and collaborate with colleagues to foster teamwork and a great store atmosphere.

This role offers opportunities for development, potential bonus, and a strong focus on service excellence in a busy rest stop setting.

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Assembling a range of KFC products to order with speed and accuracy to perfection

• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade

Job description

Team Member - £12.90ph

Shifts: Vary between 10am to 11pm, mixture of weekdays and weekends required
