Job summary

Lane7 is looking for a Seasonal Team Member to join during the festive period across venues in the UK. This part-time fixed term contract runs for 3 months, with duties including guest check-in, serving drinks and keeping tables clean to ensure an immaculate guest journey.

You will be the face of Lane7, delivering a welcoming, high-energy experience and representing the brand in a busy entertainment environment. Availability for weekends and evenings is required.

Responsibilities

• Seasonal Team Member – supporting guest experience end to end
• Check-in guests and assist with ordering drinks and tidying tables
• Maintain a fully immersive, high-energy guest journey
• Represent Lane7 brand and contribute to a great venue atmosphere
• Be available to work weekends, evenings and through the Christmas holidays

You will need to be available to work Weekends and Evenings, as well as through the Christmas holidays.

The Role

• Ensure our guest journey is immaculate, from start to finish
• You’re the port of call for our guests, whether you're checking them in, building their favourite cocktail or cleaning down their table
• Ensuring everyone is enjoying a fully immersive experience
• Represent the Lane7 brand to the best of your ability and immerse yourself in what is an amazing atmosphere to be part of!
