We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our family-oriented business, providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to both Dine-in and takeaway customers.
• Maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform multiple tasks, including food preparation and order assembly, adhering to food safety and allergen standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas, including kitchens and service counters.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of washrooms and other restaurant areas.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and standards using specialized catering equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to senior staff.
• Work flexible shifts and collaborate effectively with team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety certification.
• Allergen awareness certification.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, fast food, kitchen, or customer service role.
• Good command of the English language.
