Job summary

NEXT in Bracknell is seeking a part-time Stock & Customer Service Assistant to help process stock efficiently and assist customers with a friendly, proactive approach. You will contribute to fast, accurate stock handling and maintain a tidy store environment in a busy retail setting.

Join a dynamic team and enjoy flexible shifts with a focus on development. Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing stock quickly and to a high standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing and stock put-away.
• Ensuring stock is presented well and correctly placed on sales floors or stockrooms.
• Keeping store areas clean, tidy and organized.
• Providing fast and friendly service to customers on the sales floor or in back of house as needed.
• Working as part of the store team and reporting to Coordinators or Managers.

SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 9.50hrs p/w; Mon 06:30 - 12:30; Sat 10:00 - 14:00

Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to efficiently process our products so that they are available to customers as quickly as possible. When you're needed to work on the salesfloor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. In return for supporting all Company policies and procedures and having a great attitude to work, we will invest in you and your development from day one. Flexible working options are available.

About the Role

• Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, which includes scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing and putting stock away
• Ensuring all stock is gorgeously presented and put onto the sales floors or away in the stockrooms correctly
• Keeping operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised
• Offering fast and friendly service to our customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed
• Working as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers
