Job summary

NEXT is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our fast-paced store team in the United Kingdom. Your main priority will be to provide outstanding service and help customers find the right products, while supporting stock accuracy and processing deliveries.

You will work across the store, including sales floors and stockrooms, with opportunities to develop skills from day one. Flexible working options are available and training is provided.

• Customer service experience or ability to deliver excellent service to customers.
• Clear and friendly communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to be flexible with shifts and duties as required.

SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 8.50hrs p/w; Fri 10:30 - 14:45; Sat 14:45 - 19:00

Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to offer outstanding service and excellent stock operations to our customers.
