Incipio Group’s Wolves of Tokyo in West London is seeking an inspiring Team member-Bartender to deliver vibrant service and crafted cocktails in a dynamic setting.

You will join a two-floor, Japanese-inspired venue known for its moody cinema-inspired atmosphere and a Private Dining Room with views over the city. We value energetic, guest-focused individuals who thrive in busy environments.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and delivering guest experiences.
• Ability to work at pace with energy.
• Strong teamwork with front of house and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive positive feedback and achieve weekly sales targets set by management.
• Enhance venue atmosphere with lighting, music, and temperature to improve guest experience.
• Deliver guests an exceptional experience on every shift.
• Complete compliance e-learning within 2 weeks of starting to ensure workplace safety.
• Deliver products to specification and learn new drinks/food menu items when required.
• Have fun, spread good vibes and maintain high service standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO

• Have a passion for all things hospitality, driving positive feedback and achieving a target set by your management team each week.
• You work at pace with energy, always looking for the next task that can be completed.
• You proactively work to enhance the atmosphere of your venue, including music, lighting and temperature and communicate this with your management team.
• You work closely with your front of house and kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests on every shift.
• You actively achieve sales targets set by your management team and support other team members to do the same.
• Everything you deliver is to the highest service standards, proactively driving sales and following the lead of your management team.
• You ensure our guests are shown the best possible experience and are looked after safely when in our venues and when leaving.
• You actively complete your compliancy e-learning within 2 weeks of starting to ensure you are safe in the workplace.
• You deliver our products to spec, complete spec tests and take and learn new drinks and food menu dishes when required.
