Job summary

Greggs in Worcester is seeking Team Members to provide fast and friendly service to customers, whether in-store or online, and to help ensure a clean, welcoming shop environment.

You will assist in preparing our much-loved products, support multiple sales channels, and contribute to a brilliant customer experience during busy periods. Training is provided, with an inclusive culture and opportunities for growth at Greggs.

Qualifications

• No prior work experience required; willingness to learn and train.
• Strong customer service attitude and friendly approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers both in-store and online channels.
• Keep the shop clean and tidy and maintain stock levels.
• Prepare and serve our popular Greggs products.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'llplay a key part in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
