Job summary

Domino’s in Todmorden is hiring for an Instore Team Member. You’ll be at the heart of the store, making pizzas and ensuring every customer leaves happy. Join a friendly, fast-paced team and learn new skills while supporting all store operations.

This role involves standing, lifting and working near ovens. You’ll enjoy competitive hourly pay, 28 days holiday (pro rata for part time), flexible hours and staff discounts as you grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and side items to Domino’s high standards.
• Serve customers face-to-face and by phone, taking orders and payments.

• Support with cleaning, restocking and general store duties.
• Contribute to local marketing activities (e.g. leaflet drops, events).
• Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The Role:

• Serve customers face-to-face and by phone, taking orders and payments
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Support with cleaning, restocking and general store duties

• Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for great customer service - No previous experience required - full training and induction provided

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
