Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc's Plough on the Moor is hiring a Team Member to join our friendly pub team. You’ll greet guests, deliver great service, and pitch in across front-of-house, kitchen and bar as needed.

You’ll enjoy flexible shifts, earned wage access, pension, 28 days’ holiday and other staff benefits while working in a vibrant Castle Pubs setting. This role is based at the Plough on the Moor in a Castle Pubs venue.

Job description

As a Team Member at the Plough on the Moor, you will become a master of all trades. You’ll offer a warm welcome and excellent service in our restaurants and with support and training from us, you’ll be able to help out in the kitchen and on the bar too!
