Young's The White Hart in Sherfield-On-Loddon is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our pub team. You will deliver warm hospitality, help with service, and learn about our premium British menu and drinks selection.

You’ll receive training, free meals, weekly pay, generous holiday allowance, staff discounts, a pension scheme and share save options. A dynamic, customer-focused attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and multitask in a busy pub environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests.
• Assist in serving food and drinks and maintain cleanliness.
• Support daily pub operations and learn the menu and drinks offering.
