Job summary

Pret A Manger (Europe) Ltd in the UK is hiring a Team Member to greet customers, prepare freshly made food, and support daily shop operations. You’ll work on the shop floor and in the kitchen, delivering friendly service with a smile.

The role offers flexible hours, 28 days leave pro-rata, a pension scheme, healthcare support, free food and drink during shifts, and other employee benefits as part of the Pret experience. Training is provided after onboarding.

Team Member Role

We're looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a Team Member, you'll be the smiling face of our shop floor and preparing delicious, freshly made food in our kitchen, driven by a passion for our products, customers and teams.

Base Pay Rate: £12.80 - £12.80

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
