Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting for a Team Member at the Dukes Head in Billericay. You will welcome guests, serve food and drinks, and help out in our kitchen and bar with training provided.

The role sits within Premium Country Pubs, known for premium dining and great guest experiences. You will enjoy flexible shifts, a strong staff discount across our brands, earned wage access, and team socials as part of a supportive hospitality team.

Job description

As a Team Member at the Dukes Head Billericay, you will become a master of all trades. You’ll offer a warm welcome and excellent service in our restaurants and with support and training from us, you’ll be able to help out in the kitchen and on the bar too!
