Job summary

Tortilla Mexican Grill plc in Leicester is recruiting a Team Member to join our busy kitchen team on a permanent basis, with part-time and full-time opportunities. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, cooking hot dishes and handling knives safely in line with health and safety rules.

We offer a competitive rate of up to £12.71 per hour, paid every 2 weeks, plus perks including free meals on shifts, staff discounts and wellbeing support.

• Willingness to perform kitchen duties including handling knives and cooking.

• Handle sharp knives in a commercial kitchen and cook hot food.
• Support team and contribute to a clean, safe kitchen.
• Provide friendly service and assist with basic food prep.

Job description

Here at Tortilla, we are seeking to recruit a Team Member to join us in Leicester. You will join us on a permanent basis, with part-time and full-time opportunities available, and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of up to £12.71 per hour paid every 2 weeks. This job involves handling sharp knives in a commercial kitchen environment, including cooking hot food, so due to health and safety laws, only people over 18 will be considered for the position at this time.
