Job summary

Greggs in Helensburgh is hiring Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service and help keep the shop clean and welcoming. You’ll prepare and serve popular products while supporting customers across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru channels.

No previous experience is essential; training will be provided. We value an inclusive culture and want colleagues who enjoy a fast-paced environment and a bit of fun on the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Able to maintain a clean and tidy shop environment.

About the role

We’re looking for Team Members to join us!As a Team Member, you’ll provide fast and friendly service to our customers, make sure the shop is clean and tidy, and prepare our much-loved products.We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll play a key part in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
