Job summary

Bim's Stratford is looking for a friendly Team Member to join our busy restaurant. You may be the first person guests see, assist at self-serve screens, and help ensure orders are hot, accurate, and served with a smile. You’ll work at pace, support teammates, and help keep the front of house and kitchen sparkling clean.

No experience is required and you must be at least 18. You’ll need to communicate well with customers and colleagues, stay positive under pressure, and be a true team player.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work at pace with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Team player who can adapt in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and assist with self-serve screens.

What Does Being Team Member Mean?

As a team member you have a really important role! You may be the first person that our guests see, or the one who they will ask if they have any questions.
