Job summary

KFC High Wycombe - Wycombe Retail Park is hiring a Guest Experience Lead to welcome guests, answer questions, and keep digital ordering smooth. You’ll be the friendly face, resolve issues on the fly, and support the team to raise service standards.

In this role you’ll help guests navigate kiosks and the app, maintain pace during busy periods, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace where you can grow into leadership opportunities while being yourself.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be thefriendly face that makes guests feel instantly welcome—answering questions,keeping things running smoothly, and helping folks with digital orders sonothing slows them down. You’ll also spot and solve problems on the fly,support the team, and help raise the bar for great service every day.

WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING?

• Welcomefirst, always. Greet every guest with good energy and a real smile — makethem feel like they matter the second they walk in.
• Know themenu inside out. Answer questions, shout out promos, and help guests pickwhat’s right for them.
• Make techfeel easy. Help guests use kiosks or the app without making itawkward. Show them how to customise and order like a pro.
• Keep itmoving. Watch the crowd, reduce wait times, and never let anyone feel lost or lefthanging. Let them know what’s happening with their order.
• Handlecomplaints like a pro. Listen up, stay calm, fix what you can — and loop in yourTeam Leader or GM if it needs backup.
