Job summary

Red Lion in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Team Member to welcome guests and deliver solid service across our pub and restaurant spaces. You’ll engage with guests, take orders, and help ensure a positive, efficient experience for every visitor.

You’ll assist in kitchen and bar duties as required, maintain cleanliness and safety, and work with a team that values a welcoming environment. A mix of shifts and responsibilities awaits in a busy pub setting.

Qualifications

• Guest-oriented service experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a busy pub environment.
• Willingness to help across front of house, kitchen and bar.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and look after guests ensuring they want to return.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Support the kitchen with food preparation and presentation when needed.
• Work with the team to create a friendly atmosphere guests will love.
