Job summary

Ember Inns is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver great guest service across our restaurant and bar areas. You will help in the kitchen and behind the bar when required, maintaining the warm, community-focused atmosphere our pubs are known for.

Flexible shifts and a desire to learn are valued as you contribute to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in a busy pub setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused with a friendly demeanor.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across Front and Back of House.
• Assist kitchen and bar teams as needed to support smooth service.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team atmosphere.
