Job summary

Young's Pubs in East Grinstead is seeking a team member to help deliver premium customer service in a warm, welcoming setting. You will engage with guests, learn about our drinks and British food, and enjoy a busy, friendly atmosphere at the top of the High Street.

This role includes training and development courses, weekly pay, 28 days holiday, staff discounts at Young's pubs and on overnight stays, a Share Save Scheme and a company pension, supporting your growth and wellbeing within our team.

We are a brand new freshly refurbished town centre young's pub in the heart of east Grinstead. We offer premium drinks and fresh British food in a warm and welcoming setting at the top of the High Street.

We have a large private outside space with a burger shack and a full draught outside bar, a warm modern style interior with plenty of cosy nooks with log burners for the winter.
