GOV in Guernsey is seeking a Team Member to join a fast-paced store team. You will provide fast, friendly service, assist customers in finding products, and share knowledge to help shoppers choose the best items.

You’ll rotate across sales floors, stockrooms and deliveries while taking charge of your own development. The role emphasises flexibility, strong communication, and a proactive attitude to support all store policies and procedures.

Competenze

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.

• Offer fast and friendly service at all times, helping our customers to find the perfect products

• Work in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms and processing deliveries
