Job summary

The Bell Inn in Stow-on-the-Wold, part of Young's Pubs, is looking for a Team Member to join our front-of-house team. Must be 18+ to work behind the bar and have weekend availability.

You will help deliver friendly service to guests, take orders, pour drinks and support the kitchen during busy periods. This historic inn offers regular training, career pathways, free meals on duty, weekly pay and generous staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ as will require bar work and weekend availability.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a team mindset.
• Prior hospitality or bar experience is beneficial.

The Inn is 350 years old approx; we aim to provide the very best in offering great food and premium service at the Inn but take great care not to dilute any of its ancient characters. With fourteen beautifully decorated en suite bedrooms we consider ourselves one of the leading Inns in the Cotswolds. The Inn boasts a rare front garden/terrace which is the perfect place to relax in Summer with a glass of rosé or you can sit by our log burner and warm up in the Winter with a pint or Youngs ale.
