Job summary

Wadworth is inviting applications for Team Members to join our bar team. You will be part of a friendly, family-style business with 150 years of history, offering a flexible hours model and opportunities for progression.

As a Wadworth team member, you will deliver outstanding customer service, work across front and back of house, and contribute to a positive, welcoming pub environment. Training and development are emphasised within our community.

Qualifications

• Great team player with the ability to work with front and back of house to deliver a superb customer experience.
• Punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic with a friendly and professional approach.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support bar operations and ensure high-quality service for all customers.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a welcoming and efficient bar area.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and maintain clean, well-presented workstations.
